When I was younger I always thought my surname was a rare name. But I have since discovered it to be far more common and widespread around the world despite its origins from such a small area in Italy. We, Cademartoris' are in many, many countries and have many prominent professionals, scientists, artists, business people and whatever amongst us. Send some info on your family wing.
Something that has come out in my own family tree is the large number of cases of marriages between different Cademartori families (not first cousins, but cousins for sure) and other marriages to certain surnames that keep reoccurring.
